Modelled by Harold Leach whose monogram is at bottom right. Apparently made as a pure decorative object, paperwieght or pot stand it is rather thick and weighty for a tile (although Burmantoft's moulded tiles tend to be rather substantial) and the side edges are fully glazed which is not something that can happen unintendedly.
